President David Blanchard received a vision from the Lord in 1990 while praying. He saw the country of Mexico covered with ocean waves. When they departed they left big black bibles with crosses on them all over the land. The Lord spoke clearly that His Word will not return void without accomplishing what He set it forth to do.
The word is to be distributed as well as taught for souls to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Thus the mandate was given, “Acquire a million bibles for a million souls!”
1n 1993 the Lord also opened a door for VCH to carry forth the vision into Cuba. One Thousand Bibles were directly flown into the country with many other gospel supplies confirming God’s mandate.
We are trusting God to use VCH as a unique instrument to fulfill the great commision of Jesus Christ by planting His Word
in lost souls and
harvesting lives for an eternity!

Victorious Christian Harvesters has a five
fold strategy to accomplish the vision of one million Bibles for one million souls:
-Gospel Distribution
-Equipping Nationals
-Training Harvesters
-Mission Trips
-Church Planting

Throughout Mexico, Cuba, and El Salvador, VCH has distributed over 419,998 Bibles, New Testaments, and gospel booklets. These have gone to new believers as well as to Christians who have never owned a Bible. Thousands of children’s New Testaments, illustrated booklets about the life of Jesus and other bible stories have been freely given to children with hungry hearts seeking for the bread of life. Millions of gospel tracts have been distributed through our evangelists, mission trips, and church outreaches.

VCH presently has 140 national evangelists preaching full time. Three are in El Salvador, 35 are in Mexico, and 102 are in Cuba. They are fully sponsored, enabling them to minister completely in their calling.
These Evangelists are equipped spiritually as well as materially with sound systems, Christian films & movie projectors, short wave radios fixed tuned to gospel stations, and gospel literature.

The international Harvesters Institute (IHI), located in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico began by a word from the Lord spoken to David that he should “raise up nationals to destroy the works of the devil.” The institute opened in September of 2001. The IHI is a two year evangelistic training institute with the goal of raising up nationals for effective ministry. This is accomplished through various biblical courses and international guest speakers. The students of the IHI put their training into practice during the week in local ministry and by going on ministry trips throughout the year. The majority of the graduates go on to become full-time ministers of the gospel.

The Victorious Internship Program (VIP) strives to equip the emerging American generation. It is an intense two-year long program, with hands-on missions training for those who have graduated from bible school and are called to the mission field. VIP students take missions classes and live at the International Harvesters Institute in Nuevo Laredo, immersing them in latin culture. These students also go on mission trips throughout the year, which train them to step into leadership roles.
The Summer Internship Program (SIP) is for teenagers and young adults who spend a summer (two months) serving God on the mission field. Participants in the SIP go on numerous trips during the summer, helping to serve VCH and the various mission teams that they are hosting.

VCH has seen over 485,552 salvation professions of faith in Mexico, Cuba, and El Salvador. Mission trips are the primary tool for evangelism.
VCH mission trips give church teams, youth groups, and para-church organizations the opportunity to get directly involved in foreign missions. They give each participant the chance to experience a unique adventure with God, while putting their Christian commitment into action. Mission trips enable participants to be a part of making a difference in a needy world, planting gospel seeds and harvesting souls for an eternity.
There are three types of trips that VCH hosts: adult/youth, construction, and medical. These short term trips take place in dozens of cities throughout Latin America, and usually last from five to ten days.

In endeavoring to fulfill the vision, Victorious Christian Harvesters is committed to see that each soul that receives Christ is nurtured and grows as a new believer. VCH directs every person that accepts the gospel message to a healthy local church in their city, working with many churches throughout Mexico, Cuba, and El Salvador.
In areas where no local church exists, VCH strives to build a house of worship for new believers there. David Blanchard has built and aided in the construction of over 50 churches. The first church VCH completely established is located in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
