An important part of your mission trip preparation is making sure that you fill out and return all paperwork necessary to Victorious Christian Harvesters. All of the forms that that VCH needs you to complete are available below, as well as a few supplemental documents that do not need to be returned, but may be helpful to you and your group as you plan your trip.

Please make sure that every member of your team has filled out the forms above (those over 18 do not need to fill out the "permission for a minor" forms) and are returned to VCH at least 6 weeks before your mission trip to begins.
