Decide which mission trip from the schedule would work best for you. If you would like to schedule a mission trip for a date that is not listed, we will work with you to plan one.
It is best to schedule your trip 6-9 months in advance for the best available dates (The calendar fills up fast).

Once you have selected your mission trip, send in a deposit of $150.00, this reserves your trip date. This amount is non-refundable if you cancel.

A passport is required for anyone crossing the border with VCH. Any of your team members that do not have one need to apply for one as soon as possible in order to have one in time for your mission trip.

Fill out all VCH-required paperwork for your mission trip. It can be mailed to you, or downloaded by clicking on the "download forms" link above.

Victorious Christian Harvesters uses dramas as the primary tool to share the gospel. Click on the "drama videos button" above to watch the dramas we frequently use and have found effective in a gospel presentation. Begin learning the dramas with your group!

Our mission trip director will then guide you step by step through everything that needs to be done as the time for your trip approaches.
