Dates:  Arrive in Laredo no later than 5:00PM on Friday, 3 June 2022

            Depart from Laredo on the morning of Thursday, 9 June 2022

Accommodations:       International Harvester Institute dormitories in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.

Trip Cost is $ 425.00.

Checks should be made out to Victorious Christian Harvesters.

Payment Schedule:    

First Payment                          February 1, 2022 –       $ 150.00 Team Deposit

Second Payment                     April 11, 2022 –           $ 100.00 per team member

                                                                                       Individual team member deposit

Third Payment                        May 2, 2022 –              $ 150.00 per team member

Final Payment                         May 20, 2022 –            $ 175.00 per team member

After receipt of the Team Deposit a copy of the leader’s handbook will be mailed to you in PDF format. The necessary paperwork will be e-mailed to you with the Checklist of things to be done prior to your trip.

These forms must be in the Victorious Christian Harvesters office no later than Friday, May 1, 2022. 

In addition to these items we must also have the following information provided as soon as possible and no later than May 1, 2022 for your Mission Trip insurance:

1.         Your name

2.         Your street address

3.         Your date of birth

4.         The name of a beneficiary. 

5. Your Passport Number

(Beneficiary should be a person who is not on this trip)

  • T-Shirt size

Each team member will be required to have a Passport in their possession at the time they cross the border, for the purpose of obtaining a Mexico Visa and to re-enter the United States.
