We had an incredible time serving children through summer schools. We minister to the heart of God empowering them with biblical values such as overcoming fear, leaning on the fruits of the holy spirit, seeing their future with God’s favor, and knowing that they are children of our Father.
A great evangelist after winning an adult and a child said “We have gained 1 + 1/2 life”. He went on to say “the Adult represents half a life” because the impact that he can already make to the world is only 20 or 30 years. But with the child we have gained a whole life for the kingdom of God because he has more than 50 years to transform society at his level.
Many times we see children as the weakest individuals and those who in many areas do not “contribute” to society. But we see in the scriptures that Jesus thought quite differently than this.
Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop it; because the kingdom of God belongs to those who are like them. ” Matthew 19:14
I think that through children the love of God is expressed in the purest way through these little ones, it was an honor to serve the body of Christ by contributing to the lives of these precious children so that they remember that God is their Father and Never you forget about them.
So what seems foolish about God is much wiser than the wisdom of this world. You might think that God is weak, but in reality He is stronger than anyone.
Remember what you were when God chose you. According to people, very few of you were wise, and very few of you held positions of power or belonged to important families. And although the people of this world think that you are fools and do not matter, God chose you, so that those who think they are wise understand that they know nothing. God chose those who, from the human point of view, are weak, despicable and of little importance, so that those who think they are very important will realize that they really are not. Thus, God has shown that, in reality, these people are worthless. Therefore, before God, no one has to be proud of.
